Icontrerens S.R.L., registered in the Republic of Moldova, office at str. București 47, et. 2, Chișinău, MD-2012, telephone +373 22 81 47 26, mail [email protected], offers commercial photography and cinematography, finishing, and time in hall C, hall B, and at the still-life table. A job starts when we send a written estimate and you accept it by mail, or when we both sign. Until then a recce or a conversation is not a hold on the room.
Brief and estimate
You send a brief: stills or film, place (hall or a Chișinău street), dates, delivery date, who invoices. We reply with a price, a wrap time, and a delivery date for the folder. Prices are in Moldovan lei unless the estimate says euro. VAT is applied as required for Icontrerens S.R.L. at the date of the invoice. We do not publish a day rate on this site because a street recce on Ștefan cel Mare is not a table day in hall C.
The halls
Hall C, hall B, and the table are at str. București 47, second floor, no lift. Access is by the time on the call sheet. You do not store goods overnight unless the estimate says so. You leave the cyclorama as you found it. Damage to the window, the grey, or the stands is invoiced at replacement in Chișinău. We may refuse a brief that needs pyrotechnics, open flame, or animals. Food on the table is allowed; food on the cyclorama is not.
Recce and the street
A recce in Chișinău is charged as a line on the estimate unless we fold it into a shoot day. Permits, parked cars, neighbours, and building access are yours. We write tram wires, dishes, and drainpipes on the shot list. We do not wait more than 40 minutes for a car to move unless the call sheet budgets that wait. Public street photography follows Moldovan law; we will not shoot a private courtyard without the person who holds the keys.
People in front of the camera
Talent, staff, and models are your contracts unless the estimate says we hire them. Releases for commercial use are your file; we keep a copy with the job code. A person under 18 requires a parent or guardian named on the release. We stop a setup that we judge unsafe on the stairs or in the hall.
Delivery
Stills selects: next working day after wrap, Chișinău calendar. Stills folder for a one-day hall job: 4 working days unless the estimate writes another date. Film selects: the morning after wrap. Film grade: the date on the call sheet, usually 7 working days for a piece under two minutes. Delivery is a dated link to the mail on the call sheet. Masters stay 18 months, then we delete them unless you write to keep a copy, billed as storage if we agree.
One round of revision is included if it is listed in the brief (a stand in a reflection, a crop, a grade note). A second round, a new look, or extra SKUs are a new line. We do not accept “make it more premium” as a revision note.
Licence
When the invoice is paid, you receive a licence to use the delivered frames and cuts for the uses named in the estimate — usually the client’s own site, print, and paid placement for the product or the company named. We keep the copyright in the raw files unless the estimate assigns it. You do not resell the files as stock. We may show a frame on businesicontrerens.cc or in a printed sample after the job is public, unless the estimate forbids it (banks and unreleased collections often forbid it; we honour that).
Payment, delay, cancel
A hold on hall C or B needs 40% of the estimate, the rest before we send the folder, unless the estimate says net 14 for a named company in Chișinău with a paper trail. Late payment pauses the link. If you cancel more than 72 hours before call time, we keep the hold fee. Inside 72 hours, or a no-show at str. București 47, the day is invoiced. Weather on a street job is not a free cancel; we recce another hour or we move inside hall C if that still serves the brief.
Liability
We take care of files on the floor. We are not liable for a lost permit, a talent who does not arrive, or a product that is not what the brief described. Our liability under a job is capped at the fee paid for that job, except where Moldovan law forbids a cap (injury on our stairs, for example). Force majeure includes a blackout on București that we cannot work around with the 2k, and official restrictions on movement in Chișinău.
Law and courts
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Moldova. Disputes that we cannot close by mail are submitted to the competent courts of Chișinău, unless a mandatory consumer rule sends them elsewhere. Language
This English text is the working version we send with estimates in English. If we issue a Romanian version for a Chișinău client, and the two differ, the Romanian version prevails for that contract. Street names (București, Ștefan cel Mare, Columna) are written as used in Chișinău.
