Icontrerens

Privacy

Icontrerens S.R.L., str. București 47, et. 2, Chișinău, MD-2012. This notice is issued under Law no. 133 of 8 July 2011 on the protection of personal data of the Republic of Moldova.

This page explains how Icontrerens S.R.L. (IDNO 1022600145813), with its registered office at str. București 47, et. 2, Chișinău, MD-2012, Republica Moldova, telephone +373 22 81 47 26, electronic mail [email protected], processes personal data when you write to us, call us, visit the hall, or sit in front of a camera on a job. We do not operate a newsletter, a pixel, or a social login. The site at businesicontrerens.cc is a static set of pages.

Controller

The controller is Icontrerens S.R.L. Correspondence on data is read on the same floor as the studio, at the address above. You may write to [email protected] with the subject line “Date personale” or call +373 22 81 47 26 on weekdays between 09:00 and 18:30, Chișinău time. We do not appoint a separate data-protection officer; for a studio of this size Law no. 133/2011 does not require one. If that changes, we will name the person here.

Law we apply

Processing on this floor is carried out under Law no. 133/2011 privind protecția datelor cu caracter personal, and, where a brief involves a contract or a pre-contractual step, under the Civil Code of the Republic of Moldova and Law no. 284/2004 regarding electronic commerce. Consumer relations, when they apply, fall under Law no. 105/2003 regarding consumer protection. Supervision sits with the Centrul Național pentru Protecția Datelor cu Caracter Personal (CNPDCP), str. Serghei Lazo 48, MD-2004, Chișinău, telephone the number published on datepersonale.md.

What we collect, and why

When you send a brief we store the name you sign, the company name if you give one, a telephone number in Chișinău or elsewhere, the mail address, the street or hall you want, dates, and whatever notes you attach. We use that to answer, to recce, to write an estimate, to invoice as Icontrerens S.R.L., and to deliver a dated folder. The legal ground is the steps you ask us to take before a contract, and then the contract itself.

When we shoot, the camera holds images of people who have agreed to be photographed or filmed, or who appear in a public street in Chișinău in a way the brief allows. Talent releases, if the job needs them, are paper or PDF kept with the job code. We do not sell those frames as stock. We keep them for the job and for the period in the terms — 18 months for masters unless you write to keep a copy.

If you walk up the stairs at str. București 47, we may write your name in a day sheet so we know who was on the floor. We do not run a visitor badge system and we do not film the landing.

The website does not set an analytics cookie and does not load a font from another country. See the cookies page. Server logs, if the host keeps them, may hold an IP address and a time. We do not use them to build a profile. We ask the host, when we can, to keep logs no longer than 30 days unless a security incident requires a longer hold under Moldovan law.

Who sees the data

Irina Cojocaru and Andrei Munteanu read the mail. An accountant in Chișinău sees invoice fields required for tax. A colour or retouch assistant on a given job may see the frames and the first name on the call sheet. We do not pass a brief to a foreign platform for “CRM”. If a job requires a transfer outside the Republic of Moldova — for example a client server in another state — we say so in the estimate and we use a ground under Law no. 133/2011 (your instruction, or a contract that needs the transfer).

Banks in Chișinău see payment references. The State Tax Service sees what the law already requires from Icontrerens S.R.L. We do not give a call sheet to a marketer.

How long

Mail about a job we did not take is deleted after 12 months. Contracts, invoices, and tax records follow the retention periods in force in the Republic of Moldova for commercial documents — currently a multi-year hold, not a round marketing number. Masters of stills and film: 18 months from delivery, then deletion, unless the call sheet or a later mail asks us to keep them. Talent releases stay with the job file for the same period as the masters, or longer if a dispute is open in a Chișinău court.

Your rights under Law no. 133/2011

You may ask what we hold, ask for a copy, ask us to correct a name or a number, object to a processing that is not required for the contract, and ask for deletion where the law allows. You may withdraw consent where consent was the ground — for example a portrait used beyond the job — without affecting the work already delivered under the brief. Write to [email protected] or to str. București 47, et. 2, Chișinău, MD-2012. We answer in Chișinău working days. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to CNPDCP, str. Serghei Lazo 48, MD-2004, Chișinău.

Children

We do not take briefs that put a person under 18 in a commercial still or film without a parent or guardian named on the release, signed in Chișinău or sent as a scan we can file. This site is written for companies and adults booking a hall.

Security on the floor

Drives sit in the desk room on str. București. Links to folders expire. We do not publish unreleased frames. A lost phone is reported; job mail is not kept on a personal social account. This is a small studio, not a certified bunker. If a breach is likely to affect you, we will write to the mail we have and, where Law no. 133/2011 requires it, notify CNPDCP.

Changes

If we move from str. București 47, change the telephone +373 22 81 47 26, or appoint a processor that reads briefs, we will update this page and the date below. The city of the controller remains Chișinău unless the registration of Icontrerens S.R.L. says otherwise.
